The guidance below is general. Always follow the care label attached to your garment. Care requirements vary depending on the fabric, construction and decorative details.

Washing

For garments labelled as machine washable:

• Use the temperature and cycle specified on the care label.

• Wash similar colours together.

• Use a detergent suitable for the fabric.

• Avoid overloading the washing machine.

• Turn garments inside out where appropriate to help protect their surface and decorative details.

• Use bleach only when expressly permitted by the care label.

Do not machine wash garments labelled for hand washing or professional dry cleaning only.

Drying

Check the care label before tumble drying. Excessive heat can cause shrinkage or damage to certain fabrics, stretch fibres and decorative details.

Reshape garments gently when needed. Dry knitwear flat where instructed, and avoid wringing delicate items.

Allow garments to dry completely before storing them.

Denim Care

Denim finishes and care requirements vary by style. Follow the instructions on your particular pair.

Wash with similar colours and turn jeans inside out where appropriate. Dark or deeply dyed denim may transfer colour onto lighter clothing, upholstery or accessories, especially when damp.

Take extra care with distressed areas, embroidery, lace and other decorative details, which may catch or become damaged through friction.

Knitwear and Delicate Fabrics

Fold knitwear and heavier knitted pieces to help prevent stretching during storage.

Avoid pulling loose threads or snagged fibres. Friction may cause pilling on some fabrics; use only care tools suitable for the material and follow their instructions.

Delicate fabrics and embellished pieces may require a gentler cleaning method than other garments.

Ironing and Steaming

Use only the ironing temperature permitted by the care label. Where appropriate, iron on the reverse side or use a suitable pressing cloth.

Avoid direct contact between the iron and prints, decorative details, zips or other hardware.

Steam only if suitable for the fabric. If unsure, seek advice from a professional cleaner.

Stain Removal

Treat stains carefully using a method suitable for the garment’s fabric and care instructions.

Test any suitable cleaning product on a concealed area first. Avoid vigorous rubbing, harsh chemicals or prolonged soaking unless the care instructions permit them.

For garments labelled “dry clean only,” consult a professional cleaner.

Storage

Store garments in a clean, dry and ventilated space, away from prolonged direct sunlight.

• Fold knitwear and heavy items that could stretch on a hanger.

• Use suitable hangers for structured garments and outerwear.

• Avoid overcrowding your wardrobe.

• Ensure items are clean and fully dry before long-term storage.

Choosing Your Size

Sizing can vary between styles, fabrics and cuts. Review the measurements and fit information on each product page before ordering.

Check whether a size chart gives body measurements or garment measurements. When comparing garment measurements, use a similar item you own and measure it in the same way.
